A moderate earthquake has occurred with these revised parameters:
Time of Occurrence : 10.49pm on 19 May 2008.
Coordinates : 2.1 North 97.9 East
Location : Northern Sumatera,95km Northeast of Nias,Indonesia. 408km Southwest of Kelang.
Magnitude : 5.1 on Richter scale
Assessment
No tsunami threat
This will be the final information issued by the department for this event unless there are further developments or additional information becomes available
Gempa bumi lagi....aiseh nie dekat2 area kite lak, ada member kat KL kata rasa bergegar sikit...sib baik aku tinggal kat tingkat 4 nie xrase apa2 td .... kalau tak mau kecut perut....
adussss...aku rase xlama lagi Malaya nie pun kene gempa bumi gak, x terkejut aku kalau satu hari nanti jadi....Bumi dah tua agak nyer..
Simpang malaikat 44 fuhhhh...jangan le ada gempa bumi mcm kat China tu, sian aku nengok budak2 kecik tu...Mintak jauhkan laa....

Malam ni I'm going to bed dengan berpakaian lengkap dan sopan. Mudah-mudahan tak de papa bencana yang menimpa.
